Student Guideline

STUDENT GUIDELINE:

• Every student has to abide by all the rules of the institution.

• The scheduled program of the organization is 9:30a.m but you have to reach the organization by 9:15a.m and if you want to leave the organization for any reason, you have to show proper reasons.

• All students must wear the identity card while at the institution.

• In order to run the organization properly, monthly fees or installments have to be paid within the stipulated time, otherwise a penalty of Rs.50 per day will be imposed after a maximum of 5 days.

• The organization will not be able to voluntarily leave the WhatsApp group in any way, in case of change of mobile no or any problem, the organization should be informed and the organization will take appropriate action.

• Every student must be present 80% of the days of each month otherwise he / she will not be allowed to sit in any of the monthly or weekly mock counts from next month and the study material will not be issued.

• Classes may be held on days other than those scheduled by the organization, and the organization's decision is final.

• If for any reason you want to quit from the monthly course, you have to pay all the outstanding fees or the institution will take legal action.

• All the payments you make with us for the purpose of Registration, Admission (Both Online and offline modes), paying fees (Monthly or Installments) or accessing other facilities under O2 Academia (OPC) Pvt Ltd are non-refundable. Hence,all payments will be final. Any solicitation under any circumstances will not be entertained.

• If a student wants to change his / her branch, he / she has to pay Rs.500 / - and if he / she wants to go to another batch, he / she has to pay Rs.250 / -.

• The bill of any financial transaction payable to the organization has to be collected from the office and the decision of the organization in this regard is final.

• If a student is absent for one consecutive month without any notice, both the admission and registration will be considered as cancellation and in case of re-admission, he / she will have to be re-admitted with new course fee.

• No disturbance in the area adjacent to the institution is not acceptable at all, if the rules are hidden, the institution authorities will also take action.

• In any case, if any property or activity of the organization is disrupted, the organization will take action.

• If study material is lost for any reason and needs to be re-collected, extra 200 Rs200 will be charged.

• The institution will not be responsible in any way if the study is disrupted due to any natural cause.

• According to the rules of the constitution, all activities of the organization will be closed on any Government holiday.
